Take advantage of hundreds of channels, and use the SmartTV features to stream your favorite contents using your Netflix account (please log out upon departure)

 

NESPRESSO MACHINE, BOILER, COFFEE & TEA STATION, MINI-FRIDGE

Complimentary for you, a fully equipped coffee & tea station from the best brands, along with a complimentary bottle of water on the first day (amenities are not refilled throughout the stay).

The Apartment does not have a kitchen, but a mini-fridge will be at your disposal to keep your beverages and snacks cool (there is no freezer box). 

 

BATHROOM AMENITIES

Your bathroom is fully equipped with fresh towels, hand-soap, a hair dryer, and a full set of shower amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion)

 

HOUSEKEEPING & LAUNDRY SERVICES

In full respect of your privacy, we do not provide daily housekeeping services, nor amenities' refill. 

If you wish to receive extra services, or to use the external laundry, contact us in advance to receive more details (prices, timing...). 

 

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The a/c unit has two independent fans, each with its own remote: one in the main bedroom, also serving the living room, and one in the smaller room, also serving the bathroom 

To turn them on, simply press the button on the remote, and adjust the temperature and fan speed. 

Heating is central to the entire building.

 

EMERGENCY LIGHTS 

If the light goes off in the Apartment switch the light back on from the switchboard in the hallway, on the right-hand wall going towards the front door. 

If the lights go off in the building / area switch it back on from the main switchboard in the building’s hallway (on the opposite side from the mailboxes): switch on the “Apartment 3” (yours!)
