Rome has two airports, one main port, two train stations, and a thousands of highways... like the old say goes, all roads lead to Rome - it's time to find the one that will take you to your Roman Home!

Check-in, please!

ARRIVAL TIME

We are happy to meet and welcome you in person in your Roman Home! 

Our check-in time is from 2pm until 8pm - let us know your arrival time in advance, so that we can prepare for you! 

DOCUMENTS

In compliance with local regulations, all guests must show a valid proof of ID in order to check-in; this rule applies to both adults and children of all ages. 

Please ensure you have your passports ready (or Identity Card for UE citizens) for registration. 

DATA PROTECTION

Your ID data will be sent out to the Italian Police, as per local laws; in order to grant the privacy of your sensible data, we will ask you to sign a registration card. Failure to comply may result in a check-in denial from our side.

We kindly ask you to check-out by 11am on your departure date.

Please let us know your departure time in advance, we would love to say goodbye in person!

Lost & Found

Before leaving, double check the drawers and the closets to make sure you haven't forgotten anything. 

For any left-behind belongings, feel free to send us an email to get assistance with the shipment (we will take care of packing your items and handing them out to the courier of your choice, but any applicable expenses will be at your care)
