House Rules

1. Keep your keys with you at all times, and lock the Apartment when you are leaving

Any locksmith's intervention may result in an extra fee

2. Do not smoke inside the Apartment

Any violators will be fined (€ 275), the authorities will be notified, and any extra-cleaning and/or damages fees will be applied in case of evidence or traces of smoking (including, but not limited to, ashes, ashtrays, smoke odor, burnt textiles/furniture...) 

3. Respect the quiet hours ( 10pm - 9am ) and do not bring visitors home

No parties, no gatherings, no loud music or TV. Any visitor must be approved by the Owner, who will ask for their ID, and duration/reason for their visit

4. No pets 

Pets (of any kind, breed, size) are not permitted inside the Apartment

5. Save energy! 

Please turn off the TV, lights, and A/C when you are not using them and when you are leaving the Apartment.

6. Please notify us immediately in case of any accidental damages

Thank you for respecting our House Rules - any violation may result in extra charges of different kinds (cleaning, damage-repair...) and may result in authorities' notification and/or eviction.
